At Decathlon, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your sports gear, which is why we offer a flexible 365-day return policy for our members and 30 days for guest shoppers. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your Decathlon account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized drop-off point or carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the progress of your refund.
